A. Arnold is proud to have an excellent claims-to-move ratio. Because we maintain total control over every relocation service, we are able to keep our claims average low. At A. Arnold, only one out of every nine shipments has a claim — a ratio that is less than half the industry average.
When we do have a claim, however, we consider it an opportunity to provide more of our top-notch customer service. Our claims department gives each claim the flexibility and individualized attention that is consistent throughout our organization. On average, each claim is settled within two weeks and closed entirely within thirty days, so you can get on with the business of settling into your community.
