For All Moves:
(2 pages) — Customers are required to declare to the mover any high-value items (items which have a per-pound value of $100 or more) scheduled to be moved. This form is used to inventory these articles. Instructions are included, and additional copies can be used if a sheet is filled.
Relocation Tariff ARNA 100
(91 pages) — This information details the rules section of the ARNA 100 tariff, adopted from the STB HGB 400-N Professional Movers Commercial Relocation Tariff, effective as of 12/31/2007.
Your Rights and Responsibilities Booklet
(55 pages) — This booklet describes your mover's responsibilities to you and your rights as a customer. It will also outline your responsibilities as the customer and many of the moving policies.

(1 page) - This handy check list will help you stay organized during your move.
For International Moves:
Credit Card Authorization Form
(1 page) — This release form gives Sterling International, a division of A. Arnold Group, the authorization to charge your credit card for transportation and related charges for your household moving services.
Valued Inventory Form
(2 pages) — The Valued Inventory Form is a worksheet for you to declare the values of your personal and household effects. Items not declared and valued are not insured; therefore, be sure to fill out this form as accurately as possible. Please review the Valued Inventory — Instructions Form (1 page) for advice on how best to complete this worksheet.
Insurance Coverage Exclusions
(1 page) — This form explains the types of items that cannot be insured during your moving process.
Order for Service
(1 page) — This agreement between you and your moving company protects you by detailing specific information about your move. It spells out the dates of your shipment and the estimated cost. It is signed by you (the client) and by the moving company.
Customs Form 3299
(2 pages) — The Customs Form 3299 is the worksheet for international movers to declare goods coming into the United States. This is a federal worksheet sponsored by the U.S. Department of Treasury for people bringing goods from a foreign country into the United States. Please review the Customs Form 3299 — Instructions Form (1 page) for advice on how best to complete this worksheet.
Supplemental Declaration Form
(1 page) — The Supplemental Declaration Form is the worksheet for international movers to declare personal information about their entry into the United States. This is a federal worksheet sponsored by the U.S. Department of Treasury for people bringing goods from a foreign country into the United States. It must be completed and submitted with Customs Form 3299 prior to release and pickup of your household goods. Please review the Supplemental Declarations — Instructions Form (1 page) for advice on how best to complete this worksheet.
Customs Form C3
(4 pages) — The Customs Form C3 is the worksheet for international movers to declare goods coming into the United Kingdom. This is an official worksheet sponsored by the HM Customs and Excise department of the British Government for people bringing goods into the United Kingdom.
Power of Attorney Form
(1 page) — This form gives power of attorney to your representative to act on your behalf and present your entry to the United States Customs Service.
Shipper Profile Form
(1 page) — The Shipper Profile Form provides information required by the U.S. State Department on personal effects shipments exiting the United States. It also provides Sterling International with the shipper's contact information while the move is in progress.
