RIM-Certified Relocation Services
The American Moving and Storage Association sets and manages the moving standards for all American movers. They have also developed the world's most comprehensive program, setting the standards for international moving. In order to become a certified Registered International Mover (RIM), a moving company must go through a rigorous training program and testing. This includes all those involved in the international moving process from sales people to coordinators. It includes packers, craters, loaders and all the people in the office. RIM Certification means that the holder is knowledgeable about all aspects of international moving. In order to maintain its RIM certification, a mover must maintain its quality service to the international moving community and is audited on a fixed schedule.
