Full Replacement
By choosing Full Replacement, you will be investing in the full value of any belongings we transport. If for any reason an article in your shipment is damaged, we will either repair it to its previous condition, or refund the full market value if it cannot be repaired. If an article is lost in transit, we will replace it with an identical item, or the available equivalent.
Full Replacement is an investment, and we believe it to be the best choice for the most secure relocation experience possible. This is especially true if you are moving items of high monetary or sentimental value. The minimum valuation for Full Replacement is $5.00 per pound times the weight of the shipment.
Basic Liability
All interstate moving companies provide a Basic Liability of $0.60 per pound per article by law. There is no additional cost to you with Basic Liability. However, the reimbursement it provides to lost or damaged goods is very limited—coverage with Basic Liability does not exceed $0.60 per pound times the weight of the article, regardless of its sentimental or market value.
